Speaking at a media briefing in Beijing, Zhao said this year's CIFTIS will focus on enhancing "China Services" by showcasing service sector policies, successful case studies and innovative solutions. For the first time, the fair will feature an overseas expansion services promotion area, where companies and professional institutions from sectors such as finance, legal services, accounting, intellectual property, advertising, and human resources will work to help Chinese businesses expand abroad. The 2026 CIFTIS will be held in Beijing from Sept. 9 to 13. Construction of the main structure of the fair's permanent venue at Shougang Park has been completed, with final inspection and acceptance expected by Aug. 15. (By Gong Weiwei)
